Il progetto SILEO Supporting recovery and business transformation of lighting & furniture SMEs for the Europe Industry of Tomorrow
Il progetto mira a sostenere la digitalizzazione e la transizione verde delle aziende del settore dell’arredamento e dell’illuminazione. Fornisce voucher per la trasformazione digitale delle imprese, per l’adozione di tecnologie avanzate e per il collocamento di talenti per aiutare le PMI del settore ad accelerare la loro trasformazione digitale e sostenibile attraverso l’attuazione del meccanismo di finanziamento a cascata. Il progetto sostiene inoltre le PMI nell’espansione della loro portata e nell’accesso a nuovi mercati attraverso partnership strategiche.
Attività chiave:
- Supporto alle PMI nell’identificare la tecnologia avanzata più adatta alle loro sfide digitali/green e supporto nell’identificazione del giusto partner tecnologico;
- Erogazione di voucher finanziari diretti alle PMI a supporto di: attività di networking, trasformazione digitale e green delle aziende e inserimento in azienda di personale qualificato;
- Organizzazione di un Video contest “SILEO Best Company Story-telling video contest” a premi, attraverso un video presentano loro esperienza con SILEO e il vantaggio tecnologico raggiunto.

The project aims to support the digitalization and green transition of furniture and lighting companies. It provides Business Digital Transformation Vouchers, Advanced Technology Uptake Vouchers, and Talent Placement Vouchers to help SMEs in the sector accelerate their digital and sustainable transformation through the implementation of the cascade funding mechanism. The project also supports SMEs in expanding their reach and accessing new markets through strategic partnerships.
Key activities:
- Support for SMEs in identifying the most suitable advanced technology for their digital/green challenges and support in identifying the right technology partner;
- Provision of financial vouchers to SMEs to support networking activities, digital and green transformation of companies, and the recruitment of qualified personnel;
- Organisation of a prize-winning video contest, “SILEO Best Company Story-telling video contest”, in which participants present their experience with SILEO and the technological advantages achieved through a video.
